Pro n\u00e1s je to sp\u00ed\u0161e hodn\u011b traumatizuj\u00edc\u00ed, ale na druhou stranu je p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, \u017ee kdy\u017e \u017eena ot\u011bhotn\u00ed, tak pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky menstruaci \u017eena m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt t\u011bhotn\u00e1. Rozhodn\u011b si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee i p\u0159esto, \u017ee to m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody, kter\u00e9 \u017eena p\u0159i menstruaci m\u00e1, je na druhou stranu m\u00edt d\u00edt\u011b velice kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 a vz\u00e1cn\u00e9, a tuto mo\u017enost mu\u017ei nemaj\u00ed.Proto by se ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u017eena m\u011bla v\u00e1\u017eit toho, \u017ee m\u00e1 miminko, kter\u00e9 se poda\u0159ilo j\u00ed a jej\u00edmu partnerovi zplodit, a to pr\u00e1v\u011b jen d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc m\u00e1 \u017eena menstruaci. V \u017eivot\u011b se mus\u00edme sna\u017eit ve v\u0161em p\u0159izp\u016fsobit, a to i kdy\u017e m\u00e1me menstruaci a nec\u00edt\u00edme se nejl\u00edp, bol\u00ed n\u00e1s hlava. M\u011b poka\u017ed\u00e9 bol\u00ed hlava, jsem nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, a m\u016f\u017eu v\u00e1m \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee i p\u0159ed menstruac\u00ed a po menstruaci po\u0159\u00e1d m\u00e1m je\u0161t\u011b n\u00e1sledky a vn\u00edm\u00e1m to. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee u\u017e jsem si na to zvykla, ale m\u016f\u017eu v\u00e1m \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee mi jednou bylo tak \u0161patn\u011b a nec\u00edtila jsem se dob\u0159e, \u017ee jsem dokonce nemohla j\u00edt ani do pr\u00e1ce, tak\u017ee i takov\u00fd dopad to m\u016f\u017ee na \u017eenu m\u00edt. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, pokud jste v pr\u00e1ci, m\u016f\u017eete vz\u00edt volno, tak je to dob\u0159e, proto\u017ee pokud se opravdu nec\u00edt\u00edte, tak si to volno vezmete, proto\u017ee v\u00e1m to nic neu\u0161kod\u00ed a rozhodn\u011b si odpo\u010dinete. I to, \u017ee m\u00e1te menstruaci, je pro \u017eenu velk\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, a rozhodn\u011b je lep\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e budete i tro\u0161ku dva dny odpo\u010d\u00edvat, ne\u017e se hn\u00e1t a c\u00edtit se \u0161patn\u011b. Odpo\u010dinek je pot\u0159eba, proto bychom m\u011bly p\u011bkn\u011b v post\u00fdlce odpo\u010d\u00edvat, zapomenout na v\u0161e, vypnout mysl, a zapomenout na to, \u017ee m\u00e1me menstruaci i p\u0159esto, \u017ee prost\u011b v\u00edme, \u017ee ji m\u00e1me.
